How fast do you reply?
Within 48 hours, usually the same day. If you haven't heard back in three days something went wrong — send it again.
Can you print something you don't have listed?
Yes — that's what the custom print request is for. A rough description is enough to start; a reference photo or an STL makes the quote much more accurate.
Do you paint pieces?
No. Busts and helms ship bare or primed grey so you can paint them yourself. Multi-color pieces get their color from the filament, not from paint, so there's nothing to chip.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Postage is quoted at checkout from the parcel's real weight. Duties and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I supply my own filament or resin?
For larger jobs, yes. Send me what you have in mind before you buy any — not every spool runs well on my machines, and it's cheaper to find that out first.
