The plain-language version of how this works. Nothing here is a surprise if you've read the shipping and returns pages.
Orders
An order is accepted when I confirm it, not when it's placed. If I can't print something — the geometry doesn't work, the material's wrong for the use, or I'm just backed up — I'll say so and refund you in full.
Prices are in USD and quoted per piece. Custom quotes hold for thirty days.
What I won't print
Copyrighted or licensed models for resale. Personal one-offs of a model you own or designed yourself are fine, and so is anything in the public domain or under a license that permits it.
Functional firearm components, anything designed to defeat a lock or a safety mechanism, and anything intended to harm a person. This isn't negotiable and I don't debate the edge cases.
If you send a file, you're telling me you have the right to have it printed. If that turns out not to be true, the liability is yours.
Your files
Files you send are used to quote and print your piece, and for nothing else. I don't resell them, publish them, or reuse the geometry in a listing. They're deleted twelve months after the order closes unless you ask me to keep them on file for reprints.
Photos of finished work may appear on the site or on social unless you ask me not to — say the word and they won't.
Liability
These are decorative and organisational objects. They are not safety equipment, not load-bearing structural components, not food-safe, and not toys for children under three. Use them for what they're obviously for.
My liability on any order is limited to what you paid for it.
